One Account Per Player

All Balances Held in BDT
ed111 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are calculated and settled in BDT. Currency conversion risk is the responsibility of the player.
Fair Play & Certified RNG

Section 1
General Terms
ed111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates as an online casino and sports betting service available to adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your relationship with ed111, including account creation, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, customer support interactions, and any dispute resolution process.
ed111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ed111 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of ed111 following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any perceived ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight and does not form part of this agreement.
- Acceptance: Use of the ed111 platform in any capacity constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
- Governing Language: These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in English only.
- Currency: All monetary references within these Terms are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ed111 and supersede all prior communications or representations.
- Waiver: ed111's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision on any subsequent occasion.
Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account at ed111, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains open:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. ed111 enforces this requirement without exception.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
- You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of ed111 or any of its technology, payment, or game provider partners.
- You must not be using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
- You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
- You must not be self-excluded from ed111 or subject to any account suspension or restriction currently in force on your account.
ed111 may request documentary proof of age at any point, including but not limited to: a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Until such proof is provided to ed111's satisfaction, ed111 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on the account in question. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, all funds in the account will be forfeited, all bets placed will be voided, and the account will be permanently closed.

Section 3
Account Registration
To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and the Royal Purple VIP program on ed111, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information. ed111 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you — providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Single Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one ed111 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number at the time of registration. This information must remain up to date at all times.
- Username & Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ed111 account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. ed111 will never ask you for your password in any support interaction.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. Notify ed111 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- KYC Verification: ed111 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before first withdrawal, or during an account review. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
- Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ed111 will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
ed111 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ed111 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which ed111 accepts no responsibility.
Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, BRAC Bank transfers, City Bank transfers, Islami Bank transfers, Sonali Bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. Method availability may vary and is subject to change; the current list of available methods is always displayed on the cashier page of the platform.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ed111 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the sending institution.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours. Gold tier players receive same-day processing; Platinum and above receive instant processing, subject to standard security checks.
- Same-Method Policy: ed111 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practical — funds deposited via bKash will generally be returned via bKash. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects the integrity of the platform.
- Verification Before Withdrawal: ed111 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This includes submission of a valid photo ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
- Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
- Fraud Prevention: ed111 monitors all transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, or irregular betting patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, ed111 reserves the right to freeze the account, suspend pending withdrawals, and request additional documentation before releasing funds.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Terms
ed111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotional page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on ed111 bonus funds is 30× the bonus amount.
- Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or higher unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.
- Eligible Games: Bonus funds may not be available for use across all game categories. Specific promotions may restrict bonus play to certain slots, live casino tables, or sports markets. Attempting to use restricted bonus funds on ineligible games will result in the bonus being voided.
- Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion — typically 7 or 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
- Bonus Abuse: ed111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an ed111 account at any given time. Players should complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
- Real Money First: Where a player holds both a real money balance and a bonus balance, real money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds are only used once the real money balance has been exhausted.
- VIP Loyalty Points: Loyalty points earned through the Royal Purple VIP program are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash directly, and are subject to the VIP program's own terms and conversion schedules, which are available on the VIP program page.
ed111 does not consider a bonus to have been "promised" or "guaranteed" unless it appears as a current, live offer on the platform at the time of claim. Historical promotions, promotions described in external content, or verbal assurances from any source other than an official ed111 support communication are not binding on ed111.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a player on the ed111 platform, you agree to use the service in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other point, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
- Money Laundering: Using the ed111 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate such funds through gambling activity.
- Collusion: Working with other players, whether on the platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house in any game format.
- Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any software error, malfunction, pricing error, or data feed error to place bets at incorrect odds or to play games in a way not intended by the platform. Any winnings derived from a clear error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with ed111's games, sports markets, or any other part of the platform without express written permission from ed111.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider for any deposit made to ed111 without first contacting ed111 support and allowing a reasonable resolution period of no less than 5 business days.
- Offensive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward ed111 support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content, data, software, or intellectual property owned by or licensed to ed111.
ed111 employs real-time monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, ed111 will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged for prohibited conduct may submit a formal dispute via [email protected].
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
ed111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud, failure to complete identity verification within a stated deadline, or as required by applicable law.
- Voluntary Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ed111 support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC checks.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from ed111 for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals are possible. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires (except for permanent exclusion, which is irreversible).
- Suspension Pending Investigation: Where ed111 suspects a breach of these Terms, the account may be suspended while an investigation is conducted. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals are frozen. ed111 will aim to resolve all investigations within 14 business days and will communicate its findings to the player via the registered email address.
- Closure Due to Breach: Where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, ed111 may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be voided in all closure-for-breach scenarios.
- Dormant Account Closure: An account that has been dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed by ed111 after reasonable attempts to contact the account holder. Any remaining balance at the time of dormant closure will be held for a period of 6 years, during which the player may make a claim by contacting support with proof of identity.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ed111 and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, platform downtime, payment processing delays, or any third-party service failure.
ed111 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure platform uptime, security, and accuracy of odds and game data, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. In particular, during high-traffic sporting events such as BPL finals, T20 World Cup matches, and major IPL fixtures, there may be brief periods of increased latency.
- Game Malfunctions: In the event of a demonstrable software malfunction affecting a game outcome, ed111 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return stakes to the affected player. Winnings generated during a provable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
- Data Feed Errors: Sports betting odds are derived from third-party data feeds. In the event of a manifest pricing error caused by a data feed failure, bets placed at the erroneous price will be voided and stakes returned.
- Force Majeure: ed111 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or payment network outages.
- Player Responsibility: Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ed111 is legal under the laws of their jurisdiction. ed111 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of Bangladesh.
- Responsible Gaming: ed111 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion. Players who choose not to use these tools do so at their own risk. ed111 is not liable for gambling-related harm that arises from a failure to use available responsible gaming tools.
